Refund Policy
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you didn't like our product, please request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing chiefnut@trailmyx.com and we'll process it for you. All we ask is that you tell us why you didn't like the product so that we can adapt and improve our product for other future customers. We require a proof of purchase (e.g. your order number or order confirmation email). You can expect your refund to be processed within 10-15 business days.
If you have any other questions, you can always contact us at cheifnut@trailmyx.com. We try our best to give you the best possible version of our product. We love our customers and want them to get the most out of our products. If we can do anything to assist that, please let us know.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
