Processing and Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email chiefnut@trailmyx.com with your order number and request and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Enjoy free domestic shipping on ALL of our orders!

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times typically range 2-7 business days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination.

 

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as our carrier scans your label, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.

 

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control and (as much as we wish it wasn't so!) final delivery is out of our hands. Please email chiefnut@trailmyx.com if you have any issues.
